How much is delivery and how long does it take?

UK delivery is free on orders over £40, and £3.95 below that. We send parcels with Evri, and they usually arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy times like Christmas can add a day or two.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that are dispatched on the next dispatch day. You’ll get an email with a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Accepted Answer

Not right now. We only deliver to UK addresses, so checkout will only accept a UK delivery address.

My order is late. What should I do?

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first, as it can take a day to update after we hand your parcel over. Still stuck? Email info@quirkycandy.co.uk with your order number and we’ll chase it for you.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get an email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched. If you have an account, you can also see your orders under Account.

Can I change my address or my order?

Accepted Answer

Email us straight away with your order number. We can usually make changes before your parcel is packed, but not once it has left us.

Tracking says delivered, but I can’t find my parcel.

Check your safe place, your neighbours and any delivery photo from Evri. If it’s still missing, email info@quirkycandy.co.uk as soon as you can with your order number so we can raise it with the courier. We reply to emails the same day.

Where do your sweets come from?

Many of our treats are imported from the USA, Japan, Korea, Australia, Europe and beyond, alongside UK favourites. Look for the country flag on each product. Overseas versions of a brand can taste, look or be made differently from the UK version.

Where can I check ingredients and allergens?

Check the product page, and always read the label on the pack you receive, as recipes differ between countries and change over time. If something isn’t clear, email info@quirkycandy.co.uk before you order or eat it. We reply to emails the same day.

Are your sweets vegan, vegetarian or halal?

Halal, vegetarian and vegan information is shown on the packaging or in the product description. Please check the product listing and the label on the item you receive. Recipes can differ between countries and change over time, and imported products may have different ingredients to UK products, so the label on your pack is always the one to trust. Not sure? Why is the date on my pack strange?

Imported products use different date formats, and some show a batch code rather than an expiry date. Send us a photo and your order number and we’ll check it for you.

Best before or use by: what’s the difference?

Accepted Answer

Best before is about quality and use by is about safety. Sweets past their best before date may be fine but less tasty. Never eat anything past its use by date.

Can I return something?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. Email info@quirkycandy.co.uk to start a return and we’ll send instructions. Please don’t post anything back before we reply, as unrequested returns can’t be accepted. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.

Sorry about that! Please email info@quirkycandy.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the box. Please keep the packaging while we sort it out, and don’t eat anything that looks unsafe.

My chocolate melted.

Accepted Answer

Parcels aren’t temperature controlled, so chocolate can soften in hot weather. Send us a photo and we’ll look at it case by case. In summer, try to get your parcel indoors quickly.

A surprise mix of sweets, snacks and drinks. Each box page tells you its theme and size, and the rest is a surprise.

Yes. Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.

No, sorry. We don’t take wholesale orders, so our sweets are only available to buy through the shop.
